I'm so damn tired of the cliche of car repair places seeing an easy mark (a woman) and charging whatever they want. My mother took her car to this place after getting TWO different opinions saying the problem was a belt and a water pump. This was the only place that felt she also needed an alternator. No real explanation, no print outs showing they tested the alternator and it needed to be replaced (which is something AAA did for me in my driveway). Tim S. was my service provider and I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience I had. I was beyond frustrated at some failed service requests over the last 24 hours and could not have gotten luckier with this business and specifically Tim. Craig was great and prompt. My starter failed and I needed to leave town the next morning. He called 4-5 of his connections in the city and we were able to find a mechanic to do the work that night. He even dropped me off at my hotel which was very nice!
