RecommendedI have always been happy with the services performed on my BMW. They have the knowledge needed and always give me an honest recommendation on what needs to be done. This is the only place I will take my BMW.

Jason didn't complete the work on our Infiniti and admitted he didn't feel comfortable when we drove away. The Infiniti dealership eventually diagnosed the error and completed the repair (perhaps In Tune Imports doesn't have the appropriate instruments to do so). We informed Jason of this information and were met with defensiveness and the inability to admit a mistake. I would not recommend this shop if you want a guaranteed repair or quality customer service.

I have a 1996 Mazda Miata, and Jason diagnosed a tricky clutch situation that left me stumped. Reasonable pricing and excellent communication and customer service!
