I've been using In Touch Properties and specifically Brian for the last 12+ years for our property management stuff. Brian has always been straight forward and prompt with us and always quick to find tenants. Sometimes I forget I even have a home in Valdosta, that's how great they do their job. If there are issues with tenants they deal with those as well in a timely manner. I absolutely would highly recommend using them as your property manager.
Brian’s managed our property for 13 years and never once disappointed! Great communication and prompt action keeping our rental in tip top shape through multiple tenants. Couldn’t ask for anything more from him!!!

Bottom Line Up Front: Couldn't be happier with Brian and In Touch Properties. Very professional, courteous, communicative, and hard working for the owner as well as the tenants. Brian collects a non-refundable pet fee from the tenants and claims it goes towards an “insurance policy.” Upon further questioning we discovered that he actually keeps that money—not the owner! He says this “ I'm also not sure what you mean by you own this and not me but I think you're saying that you own the pet fee that the tenant paid? If that's what you're saying that's not correct per the now expired management agreement, This would have been used to buy into the insurance for the duration of the management agreement..... read more
