My regular massage therapist was on holiday so I took a chance with making a same-day appointment at In Touch. The receptionist was warm, excited to book me and professional. Kasha was my therapist. She’d clearly read my intake form and was prepared to deliver. I’d requested firm pressure and she was consistent throughout, her attention to my scalp, base of my skull, and shoulders was excellent as requested.
