The first appointment for my daughter, I had to cancel the same day (because life happens), I did ask to reschedule for the next available appointment, thinking that there would be some grace given and that the fee would be waived (my daughter was going to need weekly sessions and this office would have made their money back). No grace given. $120 is a lot of money for the first and only time. We will be seeing another therapist.
