I was initially drawn to In Touch because of 5-star reviews and a nice website, but my experience was far from what I expected. After uploading my insurance information and stating the issue I wanted to discuss, few days after I got a text response. I tried to ask questions about her therapy approach and what kind of support she could offer for anxiety, but the responses felt generic and unengaged (initially it looked like automated messages). Janelle has the ability to bring a sense of calm in the middle of my emotional storm. She takes the time to listen and really understand. She asks insightful questions that allow you to gain some perspective and gives helpful skills that empower you to reach your goals.

I just listened to the In Touch guided meditation called “Meditation Paint”. What a beautiful concept to use a painting metaphor to spread relaxation throughout my body. The background music also helped to cradle my body while I felt as though I was drifting and floating. I feel so calm and centered!
