I was initially drawn to In Touch because of 5-star reviews and a nice website, but my experience was far from what I expected. After uploading my insurance information and stating the issue I wanted to discuss, few days after I got a text response. I tried to ask questions about her therapy approach and what kind of support she could offer for anxiety, but the responses felt generic and unengaged (initially it looked like automated messages). Janelle has the ability to bring a sense of calm in the middle of my emotional storm. She takes the time to listen and really understand. She asks insightful questions that allow you to gain some perspective and gives helpful skills that empower you to reach your goals.

The staff here is great! I have worked with many of them. Brandon and Janelle make a great addition to my wellness team. Brandon helps to remove any emotion blocks and physical pain that I am having so that Janelle and I can make changes. I am excited to add another member to the team in 2020, Caitlin, to further gain control of my health.
