I recently had a horrible experience with another florist in the area on the day of my grandmother's funeral. I needed to replace a casket spray about an hour before my grandmother's services. I called In the Garden Cut Flowers and Gifts explained what was going on and there was no hesitation to try and accommodate me with getting a replacement in such a short amount of time. I'm very appreciative and grateful for their assistance.
I recently received flowers from In the Garden for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the arrangement. So fresh and beautifully arranged. I loved it!!! I will tell my daughter to order from them in the future.
Absolutely the best floral shop in Richmond!!
I cannot recommend this florist enough. I am very picky and Rachel worked so well with me. She went out of her way to please me and the arrangement was gorgeous.
