We live in Thornton but have been wanting to try this place out. We had to run an errand in Brighton so I was so excited we got to try it tonight. First off the owners husband was so very nice, the customer service and friendliness is the reason I’m writing this review! It’s so awesome to go into a family owned place and have people actually talk to you. The chili was the bomb, the dogs were really good and the decorations were so cute! Oh and they had my all time favorite...frito pie! We will for sure be back.
Stopped by last night just after they closed. The owner told us he'd take care of us and welcomed us in. He was more than happy to help us. Ordered a couple of Colo dogs to go as we didn't want to impose any further. Told him that I'd refer all my L.E. friends to patronize his business. The Colo dogs were great and the chili was spot on!!!!!!! We will be coming back!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad this place opened this year. I missed the Casper’s hotdogs that I grew up on and now I can have them any time. The owners are very friendly and the service is great. So many choices and they are delicious. I will be eating here at least once a month.
