Fabulous Facial!!!!!!!!! – I have been in the spa world over ten years. Melissa H. gives the best facial out of anyone I have ever had. Her knowledge of the skincare regimens and Aveda product are astounding! Her touch is amazing and you come out feeling like a new person! Give her a call!! You will not be disappointed.
Precision Cut Perfection! – I moved here five years ago and have been searching for a percision hair cut and color. I finally found it at In Sync ! Professional and personal Don was the wizard I was looking for. (Thank You Don, it's the first time in years I've had a compliment on my hair.) The recommendations he made were spot on, from the slight change in color, to the cut. I loved his consultation, he gave his opinion and listed well to my preferences. I know I am in a very skilled Professional's hands.
The very best - Kimberly – In Sync has a secret, Kimberly Cook. She gives the best massage I've ever had. Her energy and ability to know what's wrong and how to work things out is just short of miraculous. She's also referred me to a chiropractor/acupuncturist who is just as awesome. True Bliss – In Sync Salon is by far the best place in Charlotte for hair color, hair cut, hair style, facials, manicures and the pedicures – WONDERFUL! Way to go Kimberly and Kyle!! – In Sync is such a hidden gem, I really have enjoyed seeing Kimberly for my skin care needs, as well as massages and waxing. She is so knowledgable and really has a passion for her work. Please take the time to check out In Sync and Kimberly. And if you need your hair done I highly recommend Kyle too, she is sweet and really seems to enjoy what she is doing!!
Wonderful Facials and Massages by Kimberly – I have been seeing Kimberly for facials and massages for more than a year. She is the best. She takes the time to find out what your issues or concerns are and focuses her services to your specific needs. My skin is amazing and I get regular compliments. Without her massages I'm pretty sure my head would have popped off my shoulders by now. Very relaxing and works out the knots. I highly recommend seeing Kimberly for both facials and massages.
Love my Esthetician! – I have been seeing Kimberly for years now for eye brow waxing, brazillian waxing, and more recently for facials. She is incredibly good at her job! I espcailly love the facials... I leave with so much more than better skin. It is so calming and relaxing. I highly recommend her!

I can count on the stylists at In Sync Salon to give me the best cut for my lifestyle... they are great about recommending Aveda hair and skin products that work besst for me and their flexible scheduling allows me to come in after work, or on Saturdays. I would and do recommend this salon to everyone!
