Avoid this massage place. It’s loud, they ask for more tip at the end OWNER needs to tell his workers this is inappropriate to ask for more TIP. Tip is based on performance services and quality of massage. If your workers are getting a low tips it’s because they’re not doing something right. Also the last time I was in here the worker was coughing all over me and I did not tip her at all and I explained that that was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life.
My first time at In Step Massage and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The environment was extremely loud and not relaxing at all. I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. I had a massage today with a therapist named Sisi, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, she seemed to have an attitude. I politely asked for a little more pressure, but there was no adjustment, so I asked her coworker to relay the message. When Sisi finally changed the pressure, she exaggerated it to the point that my whole body was moving, which made the massage uncomfortable. I then asked her to just use light pressure instead. Man I’m here with my wife and we called in at 5pm for an 8pm appointment. Checked in at 7:55 and didn’t get us situated until 8:15. I’m here waiting another 15 minutes while they started on my wife when we were supposed to be worked on at the same time. To make things worst they gave me a brand new worker that had no clue what she was doing. I won’t ever be coming back. It felt like a 5s year old was attempting to massage me
The massage I received was less satisfactory than I expected, and it seemed the therapist was not fully experienced. I had to ask her to stop because it was uncomfortable. When I went to the front today, I was disappointed to learn she couldn’t offer a refund or arrange for another therapist. I would suggest improvements in service, as I cannot recommend this experience.
