Disappointing Experience with Insurance Dismissal I recently called the office for Dr. Amy Drescher-Crumpley and was disappointed by their complete disregard for patients’ insurance concerns. While the medical care itself was adequate, the staff seemed indifferent when I asked about whether certain medications could be released and be covered by my insurance. I DO NOT recommend this business. I will not go into details here, but anyone can find my contact information on the internet. Feel free to contact me and I will tell you my experience. Update: I had tried to reach the practice manager about my situation prior to posting this bad review. My call to her was not returned, and my many month-long previous attempts to resolve were ignored until they saw this post. Then the practice manager finally called and wanted me to come in to discuss with Dr Rao. I passed.
