5 stars for In Step Behavioral Health!!! I find all the therapists, doctors, and nurse practioners at this practice very welcoming, friendly, & warm with a very organized, inviting office. The waiting room has the perfect amount of light! I have found many waiting rooms to be dated and dark like a dungeon, which is not welcoming. I also think the ladies in the office go above and beyond for patients, this is not a practice with long waiting lists, long wait times, and unreturned phone calls. In Step has been an amazing experience, best place I have been to yet! Dr. Andrew Phillips is a wonderful therpaist. Im making the most progress I ever have in therapy, and he is to thank for that. The guidance he offers is insightful and I couldn't be more grateful! Polyanna is also an amazing psychiatrist, she was immensely helpful when talking with me and finding something that would work for me. She consistently checks in and is always available if adjustments, questions, or another appointment is needed. 12/10
Poor follow up information sharing office management poor doctors unaccommodating don’t waste your time
I saw Chad for ADHD and Depression. My ADHD is something that has been really bothering me for a while. He would not listen to anything i had to say and would put words in my mouth. He tried saying that i had trouble sleeping which i have never mentioned in any of our sessions. He further made comments saying that he was very conservative and did not believe in any stimulate medication. I would not waste your time with him
DO NOT see Amy Drescher-Crumpley. A woman of such cold nature should not have been able to become a psychiatrist. I encourage management to evaluate her place in the business.
