Price good. Hard to get in and out especially during busy times. i originally commented on spiders/big problem in unit and lack of onsite help available BUT I did not contact them before posting that. Which wasn't fair on my part. They were extremely attentive and proactive trying resolve issues. So great customer service!!
Price good. Hard to get in and out especially during busy times. LOTS of spiders and bugs and nobody onsite to assist with anything. Certainly hope there aren't rats here! No traps near my unit

There prices are not correct on the website. They wanted to charge more money for 5x10 outside is 49.00 not 59.00 or 67.00 not sure how you do business. If your price is marked you honor it that is how it is done. I owned my on business for 20 years. If my website had a price i would honor it. It is not the customer fault it is yours. So I do not get the unit, I can not stand a liar.
It's okay, it's cheap and staff are very friendly all the time. They try their best to be helpful as well, I've been renting a unit for about a year and every single time I take stuff out it's loaded with insects, or theirs ants over everything even though I have no food stored in my unit. They need to get their bug situation under control, and I've found rat droppings in my unit as well. The ants also got so bad I had to put out terro, even tho I have 0 food in my storage unit.
