We rented a unit recently and the process was a little weird. The email my husband received CLEARLY says to go to the office to provide a copy of his photo ID. We went down there and the staff member on the screen told us the email says to email it, but that she'd be happy to help by taking a photo through the camera. I have been renting here for years. I refuse to store my belongings anywhere else. This is next to a beautiful park. The homeless are everywhere, but security here is the best. The camera covers areas of importance, which are everywhere! I highly recommend In-Self Storage! ; )
