Ants, all sorts of spiders, yellow jacket nests all over and rats have taken over!The amount of money I spent keeping all pest at bay was not worth the rent! Just make sure if you make any arrangements that you get that all in writing. Other than that, I think it's a great place to rent. Prices are reasonable staff's courteous for the most part.Maintenance man's cool. Great place overall
The contact person was very patient, polite, courteous, and helpful.
We rented a unit recently and the process was a little weird. The email my husband received CLEARLY says to go to the office to provide a copy of his photo ID. We went down there and the staff member on the screen told us the email says to email it, but that she'd be happy to help by taking a photo through the camera.
