There prices are not correct on the website. They wanted to charge more money for 5x10 outside is 49.00 not 59.00 or 67.00 not sure how you do business. If your price is marked you honor it that is how it is done. I owned my on business for 20 years. If my website had a price i would honor it. It is not the customer fault it is yours. So I do not get the unit, I can not stand a liar.

It's okay, it's cheap and staff are very friendly all the time. They try their best to be helpful as well, I've been renting a unit for about a year and every single time I take stuff out it's loaded with insects, or theirs ants over everything even though I have no food stored in my unit. They need to get their bug situation under control, and I've found rat droppings in my unit as well. The ants also got so bad I had to put out terro, even tho I have 0 food in my storage unit. We have had our unit with in self storage for years and they're always taken care of us. Big shout-out to Keegan the manager there, thanks guys!

Had to contact the after-hours phone line, the guy that answered was extremely rude and complaining about having to work. The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because the gentleman physically here was kind enough to help me with a broken lock after getting permission from the jerk on the phone. Thank you Alex.
