I am so upset with this company. I have been with them for almost a half a year and I loved my unit I have on top payments. Never had a late fee and then out of nowhere where they increased my rate, and I’m currently unable to pay the $40 up charge because of situations my bills are where they need to be and now I have a $40 up charge and I’m unable to make this payment and then I get an email saying that they’re going to lock my unit and I won’t be able to access it and I have from now until midnight to find another storage... read more
Why isn’t there anyone answering the phones when I call, it always send me to an automated customer service line, I want to speak with your manager at THIS location! I’ve emailed twice!
