Great communication, and efficient. Getting my storage unit was a breeze.
Everyone was always kind and courteous and very helpful from switching storages due to needing more space to moving out due to relocation.
I was in a bind and needed a unit ASAP. I reached put on Yelp and immediately received a link from the manger to make a reservation. Once I paid for my rental, just hours before my move in date, I no longer needed it & asked for a refund. I received prompt and polite response. If I need storage again, I will certainly return.
