This is actually a pretty legit storage place. Super cool that you can do everything online. Brian and Samantha are the best! Brian is a lot manager and he is so easy to work with. Samantha is in customer service, and she will go above and beyond to make sure that you get anything you need!
Very easy online rental process. Access to units is great. Had no problems except lighting in my unit is poor and place is less secure than others. I've had no problems there. I don't have a climate control unit but the temp in it has been fine.
Extremely unhappy. After 7 years being your customer, and thousands of dollars, you're gouging me $182 a month for a storage unit that rents for $105 to anyone new.. I'm on a fixed income, and with you raising my rent higher and higher, you ensure that i will never be able to come gather my personal belongings that were stored there after became the victim of domestic violence and breast cancer, simultaneously.
