Update June 23: Issue fully resolved. 1st post (May 9): I am still following-up on the refund on deposit and incorrect auto-charge since last December. There were over 10 communication attempt (email and phone included). And still no sight of refund except reply that it is under process. 6 months of communication!!!!! Update May 10: I just emailed you all the conversation and invoices etc. I am aware that there is a new management as I have been in contact with one of the new team member since upper April.

Controlled environment is so awesome. All summer long everything in My unit (which is onthe 2nd floor) stays nice and cool so I know my belongings are just the way I left them.
Good secure storage facility. Prices went up significantly. Customer service on the phone is good but no one on site. Overall over had a good experience.
