They raise the prices every quarter at this RAT INFESTED location. Advice to the business the 20 mice poison containers that are scattered around the units are too small for th mid sized chihuahua’s you have. Those thing are dropping 1/4 inch turds. I started with them when they were well managed by another company. Since CubeSmart took control there has been a distinct drop in everything about this place. Renter beware
When I rented my interior climate controlled and my exterior storage unit approximately four years ago, I was happy and felt good and secure. Tammy was professional, efficient and polite, and is an outstanding representative of the company.
Initially, the pricing seemed reasonable, but after only a few months, they raised my rent by a significant amount with no prior warning. This sudden price hike felt completely unjustified, especially given the condition of the property. The facility itself is poorly maintained.
Jacked up prices by 50% since the Cubesmart corporate takeover. They added a layer of paint, true, but the outside light has been out for just about a year now. Oh, and the rats. The rats. They are breeding them. Apparently. Guess we'll move out, but only after very thoroughly disinfecting every item currently in storage.
