They Burned My Hair – Absolutely Not Recommended! ★☆☆☆☆ I had my hair bleached and colored at this salon. Before the process, I specifically asked: “If you apply blonde over blonde, will my hair get damaged?” Because I know it can cause serious breakage. The stylist said: “No, your hair is very healthy, it won’t break,” and completely misled me. I paid $400, and now I’ve lost both my money and my hair. Hair dresser barely understood English and therefore couldn't follow instructions on how to do the hair. She was very friendly, but I think being able to understand what the customer wants (for big $$) should be the minimum. In case you want to park close by, choose the orange parking lot by Nordstrom as the place is not where Google maps shows it.
Absolutely the best blow out I’ve gotten! I walked in and they took me right away. I’m very picky with how I like my hair, and it’s also curly. It’s hard for me to find a salon that can stretch out my hair and not leave my roots curly. AND give me the right curls! I don’t remember her name but she’s Spanish and you can se ether in the pictures! I will definitely come back. 10/10 recommend her!
