I went in for highlights to lighten my roots as they had grown out. The first time, I was very unhappy because my roots were still dark. It was like nothing was done to it. When I went back for a correction, they used a toner that left my hair with a pinkish tint, and the highlights in the front didn’t match the back. Each appointment took 5 hours, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing both times.

Cristina did a wash & blow out for me and it came out amazing! She was very sweet and my hair shockingly did not get frizzy which is usually what happens afterwards anywhere else. Good price for the high quality service with her!
