Speaker kept the class moving, described real life situations, and kept a relaxed atmosphere on a subject most people don't really like to deal with.
The class was well organized and well attended. I can get anxious when it comes to testing out but not performing skills and this was a good fit for me on being able to use my notes if I had too.
