First AND 2nd months rent due at signing. Paid. Except the second months rent is really a DEPOSIT because I got a demand for payment ... which I paid ... after 30 days. I'm still waiting for my deposit refund now that I've moved. And why a deposit; for a dirt parking spot for my $100K motor coach? What's your risk with payment due in advance? If this review is still up -- I'm still waiting for my deposit refund. 6 months later and still nothing.

Excellent place for quick and no fuss boat and trailer storage. Staff is friendly too!
