First time trying In n Out Nails since it’s close to my home. I made an appointment for 1:15 online, made sure I had a baby sitter as well. I walked in and was seated. Waited for 15 mins with zero service. Someone came over to put the liner in my bowl so I asked how much longer I’d be waiting and he told me 15 more minutes.. why would I make an appointment to not be seen for 30 mins while other customers were being served who didn’t make appointments? Unprofessional and won’t be returning.
I used to love going to this salon. Not sure if it's new ownership but quality has gone down. I booked an appointment for them to tell me that I wont be seen at my appointment time. I have been loyal the last 2 years. Unfortunately I will be changing due to the last 3 times needing my nails fixed and the appointments not being upheld
Really fine lines in the French manicure and spa pedicures. Can book online. A pedicure for every budget.
Amazing service! Got both a pedicure and fill done. My fill came out exactly how I wanted and the service was relatively quick!
Selina does amazing on my pedicures I will be back to see her! Nice little spot! Update: Went in here the other day and had Annie, she's super sweet but my pedicure was by far super underwhelming. She not only skipped half the pedicure but I felt uncomfortable. Im in the service career and I get being quick and trying to relate but slowwww down. I wish I would have had a better experience like the first one i had with Selina which im not sure if she works there anymore.
