I went to In and Out Car Wash on Friday, 9/18, right before they closed and purchased the $5 base wash. The vacuums are extremely powerful, which may be great for some people, but I personally found them difficult to work with because of how much suction they had. I would give it a negative to no rating at all if it would let me. I called a day prior and talked to a manager about vacuuming dog hair out of my car. They said it was okay. I went the next day, there was a man, I would say gentlemen but he was FAR from that, was about 5'10-6'1 in height. He said he was "THE" manager. He INSTANTLY got nasty and hostile over us vacuuming dog hair. I paid for the BEST carwash available. The 20 dollar carwash left my tahoe looking the same as it did when I came in. Definitely NOT worth the money!!!
