I’m very disappointed with my experience with In & Out. My vehicle sat at their shop for a total of 11 days with no clear direction or consistent updates on what was happening. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and I was not kept properly informed about the status of my vehicle. Horrible experience…David had my truck since March 14, 2025, I did not get my truck back until July 24, 2025. I only went there to get my motor replaced because my truck kept running hot. He gave me a decent price of $1,800 so I agreed to let him fix it. All those months and he would not communicate with me (calls & txt). The morning after getting my truck back, I called him while at the shop and he basically dismissed me by calling my sons father asking him to make me to leave his shop so I had to file a police report.
