They don’t know how to diagnose a fuel pump. If you are looking to have a vehicle diagnosed or worked I would highly suggest going somewhere else. We’ve got the run around from this “business”. They put a fuel pump in our car without diagnosing it. No fuel pressure test, no fuses were checked, no 12 volts were sent to the pump. They went ahead and replaced the pump anyways. Well we took our Toyota Highlander to a shop locally back to Jackson Tn and they properly diagnosed the vehicle. The original pump has 45lbs of pressure…... read more

Service was awesome and you can’t beat the hospitality nor the prices.
Don’t come here, go literally anywhere else. if you get your car towed by champions don’t let them talk you into towing it here.
DO NOT trust the diagnostic abilities of the mechanics at this business. Phone a friend and tow it home or to a trusted mechanic. I am contacting the state of Mississippi, BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Bureau of Consumer Protection/Affairs, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair regarding business practices at this place. Also, I will be requesting an ethics audit of the ASE certified mechanics who worked on my vehicle at this “business.” They do not follow proper procedure when diagnosing a vehicle problem.
