I think the service is starting to go bad. The only reason why I am going here nowadays is becuase I can maximise my insurance to get good glasses but overall service is not that good. Repairs under warranty is a bit of a joke. After sales is also non existence. It's a little hard to recommend.

I recently contacted In Optics based on a colleague’s referral to enquire about Stellest lenses for our son. I spoke with Edwin, who unfortunately came across as unreceptive from the very beginning. He immediately asked whether we had valid prescriptions, which I confirmed we did not—but were planning to update. Later today, I followed up with a call to ask for an estimate on the cost of Stellest lenses, both out-of-pocket and through insurance. Came with my father this morning as his glasses required repairing. He uses a wheelchair and I was unable to get him inside as there is a step to enter the premises and the door would not remain open on its own. I requested help, and the receptionist remained behind the counter and abruptly asked what I wanted. When she was told by both myself and someone else that I needed assistance to get my father inside, she remained behind the counter and informed me the optometrist was not there today.
