2 things: 1. Dont assume that because youre speaking another language and another person is of a different nationality, they don’t understand you. Criticizing me about how much i tip then demanding i tip more is unbelievably disrespectful. Especially since the service is rude. Shout out to the wonderful people who do my nails every month. I have been going here for over 5 years and they always make my nails look amazing. Everyone is so nice, quality is excellent and pricing is good. My nails last a really long time. I am especially grateful for the beautiful job they did for my wedding in December!

Great powder manis here, however the staff is NOT friendly at all. Unfortunately this makes it a bit of an unpleasant experience each time I go. Found another salon I will be going to moving forward

I have been going here for about three years and honestly, they do great work, but I have noticed they have gotten increasingly ruder and ruder. I will miss coming here, but I can’t deal with their attitude any longer. One time I finished a manicure and I gave a tip and he criticized the amount I gave. When they finish the service, they sort of just stare at you instead of saying that they are done. Times are getting tougher and it’s important that I’m valued where I give my money.
