In N Out Tires on Beverly Parkway mounted 2 tires for me, FULL of WATER. This was DANGEROUS! I was able to get to the next tire shop, about a mile away, with grave difficulty. The Technician at the second shop dismounted the tires and poured out SO MUCH water, and I captured it ALL on video. I want to thank Canna's Caps Tires for helping me.
Poor customer service
Good People For Sure! But professionalism is subpar, I came to this business with two tires needing replaced, I had brand new tires in hand, they go to work as soon as I pull up. I grab a drink from vending machine and step inside, after a couple minutes and the first tire is complete one of the worker ask if I had a wheel lock for my aftermarket rims, in which I told him I do not, but usually when I have service done they are able to remove it when they go down a size on the socket ( I understand over time that can cause da... read more
