I’ve been eating at In-n-out my entire adult life. I LOVE IT… BUT the burgers we got from this horrible location were the most hideous renditions of In-n-out that i’ve ever seen. The burgers we patties were over-cooked & the tomatoes were a disgusting sliver. They were horrible! What’s worse, is we were hosting out-of-town guests that were so excited to try the FAMOUS in-n-out! SHAME ON YOU! yuck!
I'm not big on IN N OUT but realistically it's the best burgers in town and no one can beat the price the only thing is the 30 min drive thru or dine in line.. regardless love this place.
The food is about the same, not much as changed. The buns are toasted a lot darker than normal, and this has been consistent. The customer service has gone downhill. They're just pushing people out. You get your food, you get out. That's kind of a mentality I felt. Why are you yelling my number and just tossing the food on the counter? I'm a loyal customer, not a number!
