From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we've been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Use a plastic cup lid for ketchup, it holds more than those little paper thimbles.
The burgers are just okay and I am not a fan of the fries. The price is right tho.

Did you know you can order any burger with "chili slices"? Adds a little kick of pepperoncinis to your cheeseburger! Also if you like your fries crispy say "fries well done".
Ask for your fries well done. They always taste a bit soggy otherwise.
Double double
We live right around the corner from McDonalds, Wendy's, and Burger King, less than a 3 minute drive. But we always take the 15 minute drive right past those restaurants straight to the nearest In-N-Out. My family loves the burgers. Of course who wouldn't get a little frustrated with a 10-15 minute wait, just to order from one of the several workers working overtime to take orders in the parking lot with their little tablets. But the kids are happy, and the food is definitely worth the wait.
