Decided to try it as so many people are obsessed with it and we had only ever tried it once many years ago. Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed in the food. Our fries were dry, cold, and tasted so bland and old. Our burgers were also barely warm and bread tasted very stale. After talking with some friends who are regulars, you have to ask for fries extra fried or any of the secret menu items smothered in this or that. Before coming to In n Out, I had just left the hospital after seeing my terminally ill grandmother. It was already a hard day and coming to In N Out made my day! The kind employee who took my order named Keerat was such a sweet young lady. She made the ordering process so easy and answered any questions I had. After all that had happened, this single interaction made my day so much better and I will be coming back to this In n Out.
