January 5, 2016 - 7:30pm. Need new Manager. Worst experience at an In-N-Out ever. Pink burger after asking for it well done. Soggy bun, no lettuce. McDonald's would have been better tonight--that should tell you about my experience. Used to be when you went to an In-N-Out you knew you were getting a great burger. Not anymore. Friendly people, but they were either too rushed, or someone hates their job.
It was good but my hamburger was cold. The employees are amazing.
Best burgers in Cali the double double (if xtra hungry the four by four) with pepperchinis on the burger is the tastiest lunch in The region; I indulge at least once a month; that's because I'm on a budget otherwise I would probably be there every other day.
Food was good as usual, service great! Everyone seems to enjoy their job.
Nice, quick, and easy. Last and first In-N-Out on Hwy 50.
Why no Palm trees ? A very very busy location but well managed
