Bitter post.....I ordered a shake and they neglected to tell me the shake machine wasn't working right and it was almost a warm and very watery and although I got my money back and they were EXTREMELY nice about it, I still wanted my shake 😩 great people just a miss communication🤷🏼♀️
The customer service that I received was so warm and inviting. The burger was the best burger I have had at any in n out store in a very long time!
