Awesome food, long wait but worth it! Wish we had these on the East Coast!
I was overall disappointed. The food was wonderful. But for a fast food company that has not been in existence for even half the age of their biggest competitor (McDonald's), my expectations of the food and service ( meaning customer service) are exceedingly high. The wait time was an unacceptable. I had to inquire twice at the counter regarding the status of my order.
