Great
I picked up a very nice Tacoma from these guys several weeks ago. They were completely laid back and not "pushy" at all. The process was quick and easy. The owner Matteus was friendly and helpful. Having purchased cars both new and used over the years at large and small dealerships this was definitely my best experience.
Bought a 4 Runner from Mateo. It was missing 5 items. After 35 days I still have not received 4 of them. These people are very unresponsive and irresponsible. Salesmen do not easily give out their contact phone number and then do not answer their phones.
Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere but I've owned my car for about 2 years now. It had a clean title when I got my car but for some reason the paint was fading on my hood. I took it in to get an estimate and was told it was painted to cover up something and would cost $2k because they did a cheap paint job on it. Don't be fooled by their kindness!!!
