I booked an appointment here a month and a half in advance. I drove 2 hours away for my appointment to arrive and have them tell me that they accidentally cancelled my appointment, didn’t notify me, (when they meant to cancel someone else’s) and then filled my appointment time with another customer. I asked if the masseuse could see me after that person because I drove from 2 hours away for this. Friendly helpful professional
The supposed “manager” is a liar!! I asked for my appointments to be canceled due to my funding running out at the last minute. I was told after my last appointment that I had no more funds left I would have to pay out of pocket for my massages. I told her to cancel them, she didn’t and wants to lie. If I could give -0 stars I would!! Don’t waste your time with this place
