Unreliable, never answer the phone, and they are very rude. They blame everything on you and never take responsibility. They say they open at ten but you can expect no one to be thier at ten ,iv waited until 11:30 -1 before anyone showed up witch is a big and repetitive inconvenience. You can even email them and they will tell you they never got it. They dont care for their employees or clients, and dont care for thier employees or clients needs.
