Fantastic service all round, from friendly initial phone call to receiving scans. All staff were so lovely to deal with. Got my appts within one day. The receptionist explained all costs on initial phone call so there were no hidden shocks on day. Highly recommend.
Quick friendly and professional service from start to finish
A really great overall experience at In-house Radiology in Woodend. The reception staff are always friendly and knowledgeable of all Medicare rebates and always do their best at finding the appropriate booking time for my appointments. Gus my sonographer was very good. He explained everything that I needed to know and had a friendly, professional bedside manner.
