Tried calling them at 4 pm CST time and was met with a rude and indifferent person on the other end of the phone. She was unwilling to talk at all and stated it was 9pm despite this company clearly being located in cat timezones and the time being an appropriate time to call. Extremely unprofessional to have the number linked to your company on a time zone that does not match your hours.
For the past year and a half I have been working as a PCA for In Home. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. Both staff members and clients treat me with respect and appreciation. Aside from the opportunity to work extra hours, IHPC offers and "Employee of the Month" bonus as well as gas giftcards for picking up shifts.
