Please do yourself and/or your elderly relatives a favor and don't patronize this business. Linda (employee) and Bob (the owner) are absolutely the most rude, insensitive, disrespectful individuals I have ever encountered. Bob condoned Linda's despicable customer service behavior towards me. Bob also has no problem lying on and bullying customers. Moreover, Bob refused to honor his business' one year equipment warranty and instead said that we would have to pay to have the less than one year old equipment fixed.
