They are great.but I got a letter from them saying that they were not doing Rockford Illinois any more had to find a new doctor

UTTER FAILURE to communicate with a new patient!!! 1 - My doctor retied and I was transferred to IHMG for annual physical exam. No prior contact about my agreement to be transferred to IHMG. 2 - My original NP left IHMG and someone changed my appointment WITHOUT any prior notification and confirmation from me. 3 - I made an appointment for lab work and physical with my original doctor and received ZERO update from IHMG. They bought doctor dale gray's entire practice.He retired august first and they have completely closed his office and dumped all of his patients without even a letter
