The staffing is incredibly polite, very helpful a lot of patience, always willing to help and I came to this company. I didn’t know what to expect but each day that I came here I learned a little bit more and more about how I can be maintained in my lifestyle with the perfect attendance working with you guys , All right has been a blessing to me and my family but you continue to bless other people, but you have blessed me and my family to God be the glory. Horrible customer service. Very unorgnized. Always a problem with payroll. They do not care. The employee told me we'll you are ot the only one who has problems.. currently looking for a new provider.

Worse company EVER!!! I was supposed to be paid on 7/30/2025 for the 75 hours I worked, and as of 8/27/2025 I still have not received a paycheck. I have called and emailed multiple times and received no response. When I finally reached payroll, Ingrid told me they “don’t deal with employees” and that I would need to make arrangements with the client. I have been with this company for 15 years. Having a special needs child is difficult and stressful. This company is so understanding and helpful. Michelle Harrison helps me often. She is always courteous and a joy. She answers emails promptly and just really goes above and beyond. Ingrid processes my daughters weekly payroll and she is so good about reminders and getting right back at me if I have any corrections. I am loyal to this company and very happy with their service.
