I do not recommend this office at all. Writing full review after I feel calmer from the horrible experience I had with this totally unprofessional office.
I have been going to this practice since 2020 and I am getting much healthier. A1c is down, BP way down & weight lower than it’s been in decades. I have had nothing but good experiences with all nurses, office staff and Dr. Bodrogi’s physician assistants. Glenn Lyons is especially helpful & attentive.
Are y'all still refusing to see sick patients in person? I really loced the telehealth for the person with pneumonia whom I cared for a couple of years ago. Despite what you think, those of us not in the medical profession can't just walk into the ER and ask for specific tests. You as the provider might be able to call and ask, but you couldnt even do that. What is the point of being a doctor's office?
I had a great experience with a new doctor ( I believe her name is Robin). She was very person centered, knowledgeable and compassionate. Not to mention, the Receptionist was pleasant and professional.
