Appointment today at 1030, one person in waiting room. Waited 60 min, got into room. Waited another 55 min in room before I said, that’s enough. Went to the front desk, they told me that the Dr. was tied up. How are you tied up when you’re the only person there. The receptionist apologized. Reason for two stars. Should be one. There is no reason that a routine appt should take up two hours of my time. Time for a new Dr. Sad thing is they don’t care, should have at least attempted to call and reschedule with me. NFG

I enjoy this small office Cons: I am sad that my PCP has left this office. They said they would be sharing where she switched to, and I haven’t heard/seen anything yet. Another fault with this office is that they don’t allow you to come in if you have any symptoms of illness at all. I have chronic sinus issues and sometimes have a stuffy nose when I’m not sick Sometimes the desk receptionists seem to have an attitude. Pros: Easy to get an appointment Great doctor (not sure about the new one they assigned me) Clean and neat

I have been going to the practice since the place was fist established. I'm not a sickly person just go for routine visits and blood work once a year. Today when I got there for my yearly exam I admitted to having some congestion and was told that I couldn't be there as they ONLY see healthy patients. If I have any symptoms that I would need to be seen via tele-med. The nurse practitioner was great. But the billing office as well as the receptionists make things extremely difficult. Terrible communication skills and extremely rude. I'm switching offices because of this. Don't go there if you want any kind of compassion.

I agree with previous one star reviews that the majority of the providers are unavailable, and the office staff, including the office manager, are rude, curt and make you feel like you're a nuisance when you are a patient. While I realize that every primary care doctors office is busy, each person should be greeted and treated respectfully; not sliding the glass door open and rolling their eyes.
