My son managed to break four pairs of glasses in just a little over a year. I was served with commendable customer service each time I went to ask for, and pick up the replacements under warranty. That's five stars.

These guys are great! My glasses broke when we were about to head back to New Brunswick and they had my glasses fixed within 15 minutes along with new nose pieces and no charge. Couldn’t ask for better service on a Saturday morning especially Dec 23.
