I’ve been an IT systems analyst for 30+ years and have been able to ‘think’ my way through lots of complex situations and problems except my own personal peace. After spending countless years in and out of ‘talk therapy’ I was referred to Barbie Humble for a different kind of help for PTSD using a few emerging therapies for trauma. “You can’t talk your way out of it”. In my experience, this place lacks genuine concern. Both my family and I have worked with various therapists here, but none of us have witnessed any improvement. Save yourself the trouble; seek counseling at a local church where you might find someone who truly cares about your family. Unlike here, they won't breach your trust by making you the latest office gossip in the In-Depth cubicles (a betrayal I've personally endured).
