In-Depth Leak Detection installed a new skimmer in our pool. Their team arrived promptly on both work days and were friendly and professional. They even went the extra mile and pressure tested our pool lines. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend!
I can’t recommend this company enough. They were proactive in helping me determine what was best for my skimmer leak. They were timely in completing the work and always communicating with me. The men that actually did the work were absolutely amazing.

I would not recommend this company. From start to finish, they were dismissive and rude, ignoring my concerns and failing to follow up. They never returned to remove the form work, which I ultimately had to throw away myself. Most frustrating, they made the decision to leave us with a glaring pink concrete patch without ever asking if we wanted it dyed or matched to the existing surface. In-Depth Leak Detection did a great job on our pool in Orinda. We noted that the staff were very communicative, In-Depth techs were knowledgeable, Eduardo and helper were respectful, and most importantly, attention to detail was a priority. Applying epoxy to the leaking light plaster ring involved an underwater diver and an extra charge, but we were happy to have the option.
