In-Depth Leak Detection did a great job on our pool in Orinda. We noted that the staff were very communicative, In-Depth techs were knowledgeable, Eduardo and helper were respectful, and most importantly, attention to detail was a priority. Applying epoxy to the leaking light plaster ring involved an underwater diver and an extra charge, but we were happy to have the option. Assured this was the only leak, In-Depth found the pool is now good to go. If that turns out not to be the case, I'm sure they will be fair about steps ... read more

Called to identify possible leak, they quickly found the leak and we scheduled the repair. They replaced our skimmer and installed a new one correctly. Very very professional! Extremely satisfied with the entire crew.
Five Stars! - Had a pool leak and needed to call in the experts. In-Depth Leak Detection found and patched the leak (all at their initial, reasonable charge). What made the experience memorable was they treated us as a partner – when their initial pressure test showed no leak they went into problem solving mode to find the answer. This persistence and thoroughness allowed them to find a crack in the main drain. Do NOT expect to be wowed by their customer service when you call....most of the time you won't even get an answer. They took our deposit and then lost our initial reservation to complete the work. We rescheduled the work a few months later. The repair done to fix the leak seems okay but we're still losing some water. Their contract states a new leak test will be performed after repairs BUT they fail to mention that it will just be an air pressure test and not an in-depth sonar or otherwise. We will not be using this company... read more
