Last year I had a leak in my swimming pool. Naturally, I asked my "pool guy" who he would recommend. Without hesitation, "In-Depth Leak Detection". In-Depth found two leaks and repaired them, cleanly and professionally. Recently, I thought I had a leak, under concrete between the sidewalk and my home in the main line. I would not recommend this company. From start to finish, they were dismissive and rude, ignoring my concerns and failing to follow up. They never returned to remove the form work, which I ultimately had to throw away myself. Most frustrating, they made the decision to leave us with a glaring pink concrete patch without ever asking if we wanted it dyed or matched to the existing surface. In-Depth Leak Detection did a great job on our pool in Orinda. We noted that the staff were very communicative, In-Depth techs were knowledgeable, Eduardo and helper were respectful, and most importantly, attention to detail was a priority. Applying epoxy to the leaking light plaster ring involved an underwater diver and an extra charge, but we were happy to have the option. Called to identify possible leak, they quickly found the leak and we scheduled the repair. They replaced our skimmer and installed a new one correctly. Very very professional! Extremely satisfied with the entire crew.
