Dennis has done two inspections for us and both were done very thoroughly and documented well with photos when appropriate. I had an additional question after one of them and Dennis promptly answered me. His reports were done within a few hours of his inspections and made our home buying experiences much better. We ended up getting a house that had no surprises and I will use him again if the opportunity arises.

I thought Dennis performed a comprehensive inspection. He took the time afterwards to walk me through the issues he discovered and ensured I understood before moving on to the next point. The written report was informative and provides a great reference as to what Dennis showed me at the home.
