I bought a security system from In Control Tek at the end of 2020, back then Scott the owner came to my house to do the work with a team of 2 techs, they installed everything and I asked about tech support and he said that the system would “never” give me issues but if it did all I had to do was call them. I hired Scott and his company by doing a google search and doing some research on his company to make sure I was dealing with an honest contractor which is so hard to find these days. I contacted his business and within 30 mins I received a call back. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Scott provided the quote the next day. I needed to have some CAT-6 cabling run from my router, through the attic to several other rooms. The guys at In Control Tek did a GREAT job. I couldn't believe how fast they came out - it was the next day from when I said go! Also, the price was very reasonable. The techs who did the installation were fantastic, as well. Not only did they do a very clean job, they even took the time to answer my questions about both the work they were doing, and in general about networking. I can't recommend In Control TEK highly enough!
