The staff and designers do amazing beautiful work, AND they are very easy, accommodating, and nice to work with. At the last minute, I ordered an arrangement before heading out of town for a week. Despite ice and deteriorating weather conditions, they were able to deliver! I recommend them for both small and large event. A client of mine, had originally referred In Bloom to me and I will continue to use them and refer them to those looking for cutting edge, unique, superior, and distinctive arrangements!
Awful – They didn't deliver flowers on the day i requested on two occasions. Ruined two days. they called to confirm the order in the morning and still didn't deliver. terrible.
BY FAR THE BEST – The folks at In Bloom are a perfect example of how businesses should treat their customers. Let me give you the scenario: It's Valentines Day. High Noon. 1800F***ERS says they cannot do same day service in the 3rd largest city in the U.S. I get on here, and find In Bloom. I see one good review and one bad... No-frills was an accurate description – Order what I thought would be a flamboyant boquet of flowers for my wife's b-day, and got a twitty little, bland bowl of smelly botanicals.

Try them, I did... – It's always hard to know if you get your money's worth when you send flowers. I sent an order to our office (for the lobby) to try them out and I wasn't dissappointed. As a matter of fact, I didn't tell anyone at the office that this was a new florist, but I received NUMEROUS compliments on the arrangement.
