Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom in Birch Bay for her born day. Best arrangement I have ever bought her and the price was amazing.. you hear me. Beautiful arrangement that looked even better than the picture! My mom was floored and when she brought them back home.. I could not believe how big and beautiful they were. If only In Bloom was in Kent.. Thank you for making my mom's born day so special!
Great experience with In Bloom! Their customer service was impeccable. I had issues with my payment being processed. I filled out the question/email form on their website asking for help and they contact me right away and let me know they would assist me as soon as possible the next day. Everything worked great the next day and their delivery was prompt and the bouquet, beautiful. I chose the florist's choice option and am very happy with the arrangement. Would recommend them 100%!

Working with March was a breeze throughout the entire process, very easy to communicate with and never made me feel like I was asking for too much - and when she showed me the flowers on the day of my wedding I was in complete shock.
