I’ve ordered from In Boom Flowers twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding! Most recently, I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday, and it was absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful, fall-inspired arrangement that she loved. You can really tell how much care and creativity go into every design. Highly recommend!
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom in Birch Bay for her born day. Best arrangement I have ever bought her and the price was amazing.. you hear me. Beautiful arrangement that looked even better than the picture! My mom was floored and when she brought them back home.. I could not believe how big and beautiful they were. If only In Bloom was in Kent.. Thank you for making my mom's born day so special!
Great experience with In Bloom! Their customer service was impeccable. I had issues with my payment being processed. I filled out the question/email form on their website asking for help and they contact me right away and let me know they would assist me as soon as possible the next day. Everything worked great the next day and their delivery was prompt and the bouquet, beautiful. I chose the florist's choice option and am very happy with the arrangement. Would recommend them 100%!
I don’t live in the area, so I had to search for a local florist. I was really looking forward to placing an order for an upcoming birthday with this business. The bouquets looked absolutely beautiful on the reviews. The website seemed easy to navigate as well. I had a question about color choice in one of the options that the website didn’t address so I tried to call, hoping to be able to also place an order afterwards. We decided last minute to send our mother some flowers for her birthday. The online order process was so easy and we received immediate response from Serge and March with very detailed, personable communication. They communicated once they received the order and again when the delivery was made…even including a picture of the final arrangement. We ordered the Essentials Designers Choice and We couldn’t be happier. Our mom was so surprised and loved it! Loved supporting small business !
