Great experience with In Bloom! Their customer service was impeccable. I had issues with my payment being processed. I filled out the question/email form on their website asking for help and they contact me right away and let me know they would assist me as soon as possible the next day. Everything worked great the next day and their delivery was prompt and the bouquet, beautiful. I chose the florist's choice option and am very happy with the arrangement. Would recommend them 100%!
We hired In Bloom Flowers to do our wedding florals and it was the perfect choice! March was so easy to work with, and especially great at working within our budget and showing us different options based on price. The online order process was so easy and we received immediate response from Serge and March with very detailed, personable communication. They communicated once they received the order and again when the delivery was made…even including a picture of the final arrangement. We ordered the Essentials Designers Choice and We couldn’t be happier. Our mom was so surprised and loved it! Loved supporting small business !
