I never used to stick with working out and now I work out at In Balance minimum 5 times per wk. I do both the Yoga and Pilates and at 42 years old am in the best shape ever. I always felt Yoga was too slow and there was no way you could get a workout from this, boy was I wrong! I love the teachers and the students and am so blessed I found this studio! Thank you In Balance!
