From booking my appointment, to meeting with Alex the physiotherapist. I was so impressed with the high level of customer service I received. The receptionist was so kind and helpful when I called up as I had never had to use a physio before. I would highly recommend Alex as he explained everything so well and was very understanding, he really helped with my lower back pain.
My first experience was due to a torn rotator cuff and was advised i needed surgery. Visiting In Balance and Jim saved me, with strict exercise and help I managed to escape surgery and luckily no problems since. I have now got Plantar Fasciitis and going away soon and with help from Jim with recommended exercises, I am much more confident to go on my holiday. I totally trust Jim and would highly recommend.
