From booking my appointment, to meeting with Alex the physiotherapist. I was so impressed with the high level of customer service I received. The receptionist was so kind and helpful when I called up as I had never had to use a physio before. I would highly recommend Alex as he explained everything so well and was very understanding, he really helped with my lower back pain.
My first experience was due to a torn rotator cuff and was advised i needed surgery. Visiting In Balance and Jim saved me, with strict exercise and help I managed to escape surgery and luckily no problems since. I have now got Plantar Fasciitis and going away soon and with help from Jim with recommended exercises, I am much more confident to go on my holiday. I totally trust Jim and would highly recommend.
It was such a relief to find a physiotherapist who truly listened and understood my needs. Laura is very empathic and professional. Jim has seen all 4 of us in the family for many years. He is very knowledgeable, and gives very practical, workable solutions. While we tend to go when he have problems, he would be excellent for any long term maintenance, exercise recommendations, etc…. His goal is always to get you to where you do not need to see him over and over again for the same issue. His goal is never to keep you coming back, which in turn keeps us coming back 😎. Very impressive practice. Easy and clear communication prior to the appointment and great care provided once I was there. I was particularly impressed with the thorough history taking and the follow up treatment which is working really well.
